HOT RECIPES TO JUMPSTART METABOLISM


 
Every morning & night hot water (tea) with Honey & Cinnamon
Shakeology at least every other day
In between meals 8 oz water blended with 1/4 seedless watermelon & 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Water 8-13 glasses a day (shooting for 13)
Tomato Watermelon Gazpacho with nutribullet (eat as often as u want)
